What happens after I place an order?
After your order has been confirmed, we will process your order within one business day. If we have any questions about the order, or in the unlikely event that we are unable to process your order we will contact you and explore some options.
You will receive a tracking number via either email or SMS.
Can I cancel my placed order?
Yes, however you must make sure that the order is correct with the correct shipping details. You must be able to verify this using the receipt for the order and if we had incorrectly sent you a product, we’ll rectify that.
If the order has been processed/shipped before you contact us, contact us as soon as you receive the package and one of our friendly EVLV Team members will assist you.

Please note- We’re not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address to incorrect details being entered by the customer. If in the rare occurrence this happens, we will use the tracking details of the parcel and take appropriate steps from there.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of placing your order.
Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days if you select the Standard AUS postageoption during checkout. If you select the Express postage option, it will take 2- 4 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, EVLV Apparel cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, transport delays etc.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
Is my payment safe?
Absolutely! We use a PCI compliant platform which means that all payments through evlvapparel.com are processed under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This standard ensures that we keep an exceptional compliance standard for our network, information, payments and more areas.
How do I go about returning a product?
In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the item to us in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the guidelines below. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us but our friendly team will make the process as easy as possible
