Postage Information

Domestic

Most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of placing your order.

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, EVLV Apparel cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, transport delays etc.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. EVLV Apparel will not be held liable for packages once they are delivered

Please note- We’re not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address to incorrect details being entered by the customer. If in the rare occurrence this happens, we will use the tracking details of the parcel and take appropriate steps from there.

International

For international orders, the same guidelines apply as the domestic orders. The main difference being the shipping delivery times. For most countries, orders can take up to 12 business days and there may be delays in customs or another area that may take their time assessing the incoming parcel.

It is important that we remind you that once the order has been processed and your item has been dispatched from our store, we are not liable for any delivery issues from that point on.

Return Shipping

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately. Please do not return any damaged goods before getting in touch with a member of our support team.

We are happy to accept a return request within 30 days of the purchase date. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not EVLV Apparel. EVLV Apparel is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage. Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation. We do not process exchanges but can provide either a store credit or refund for the item/s returned.

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it check the condition of the item and decide if you're happy with it.

 

* Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items. Once the tags have been removed, EVLV Apparel will not accept the returned item.
